Pros +
- The room was extremely spacious a cozy, and the bed was big and comfortable. The biggest plus point was that it was right beside the subway station (Si Barring) so it was really helpful considering I had luggage that I needed to wheel around. Due to the 24/7 staff at the reception and the fact that you need an access key to get in, the space felt really safe! The staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. The room was serviced everyday and they replenished amenities and replaced towels. A few things to keep in mind (not necessarily bad): (i) The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, however, it's far from the central where many tourist points are. (ii) There tiny window in the bathroom (which was covered) didn't provide ventilation but it didn't get in the way. (iii) The curtain had a small defect and didn't cover the entire window, but I had a sleep eye mask so everything was fine.

Cons -
- 1. The elevator is "between floors" (I'm not sure how else to describe it). Once you walk towards the elevator post check-in, you have to take a flight of stairs up (about 7 steps) and then you reach the elevator. Likewise, once you are on your floor, you have to take a flight of stairs down to reach your level. I had a large luggage on me so things were slightly difficult. 2. The room is not soundproof, so you could hear others walking in the hallway (and being rowdy in other situations) and hear the guests in the neighbouring room.
- We had a second booking for a particular room, but I was asked 5 times if I really needed that room because current guests wanted to extend their stay. Staff eventually agreed to keep our booking but I cancelled it later as I was not confident the room would be available. Very noisy road. Water heater in shower did not work and no toilet paper provided although stated as provided in listing. We ended up staying at De Botan Bangna which is so much nicer, much cheaper and has a rooftop pool.
